Manager, Clinical Operations

What you will do

• Manage clinical staff in line with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Plan workloads, assign staff to clinical studies, and allocate resources based on experience and training.
• Oversee onboarding, training plans, SOP reviews, systems access, and required work materials.
• Review clinical work, workload metrics, and quality indicators to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify quality risks, create corrective action plans, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and functional leaders to resolve project challenges and support client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Prior clinical trial experience, including management or leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulations, including Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and effective written and verbal communication skills.
