What you will do
- Lead the administrative and operational execution of a government services project and manage site planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and resources.
- Manage material and supply stockrooms, tool cribs, repair units, assets, and a diverse property management team.
- Oversee government and customer-owned property from acquisition through disposition.
- Maintain government-approved business systems, property standards, monthly assessments, and contract financial reporting.
- Support customer and DCMA audits, self-assessments against FAR 45 and 52.245-1, risk mitigation, and corrective action plans.
- Provide coaching, training, metrics, and operational guidance to property coordinators and cross-functional site teams.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of directly related experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and 12 years of related experience.
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning and asset management systems.
- Proficiency developing reports with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with customers and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Nice to have
- Current Certified Professional Property Specialist certification from the National Property Management Association.
- Willingness and ability to obtain CPPS certification within one year of hire.
