SMM/Influence Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media and influencer strategies across Latin American markets.
• Manage and grow channels including X, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify, evaluate, and build partnerships with LATAM influencers, creators, streamers, and online communities.
• Research and negotiate paid placements across social channels and communities.
• Manage influencer campaigns from launch through completion.
• Track performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns and channels based on data and business results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SMM and/or influencer marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with Latin American markets and a strong understanding of regional culture, digital behavior, and iGaming audiences.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, streamers, and online communities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a results-oriented, data-driven approach.
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
