Account Coordinator - AI-First

Location: Fully remote from anywhere in Germany; working hours are 9:00–18:00 CET/CEST.

Salary: EUR 34,000–38,000 per year with a full-time, permanent employment contract.

What you will do

• Support Account Managers and client teams with delegated client tasks, account priorities, workflows, and coordination.
• Turn client requests and account context into clear tasks, updates, handovers, questions, and next steps.
• Track actions, deadlines, decisions, approvals, blockers, status updates, and follow-ups so work remains visible and reliable.
• Coordinate stakeholders, client communication, feedback, assets, approvals, and commitments.
• Use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve speed, structure, quality, and repeatability.
• Review AI-assisted work critically and encode effective methods into reusable skills and workflows.

Requirements

• Native or near-native spoken and written German, with the ability to produce natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate client-facing communication.
• Strong written English for internal communication and context.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and AI agents in professional, academic, or personal projects.
• Clear client communication, strong judgement, prioritisation, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn tools, trackers, documentation systems, AI workflows, and client processes quickly.
• Ability to work reliably from Germany during 9:00–18:00 CET/CEST.
