What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for client-related administrative issues.
- Respond to client queries and liaise with teams and client organizations.
- Support the administration and maintenance of service standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer information in online databases.
- Meet with clients as required to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Client Managers and Key Account teams.
Requirements
- Experience serving as a point of contact for client-related issues.
- Experience responding to client queries and liaising across organizations.
- Experience supporting service standards and maintaining customer information in online databases.
- Experience meeting with clients and working with Client Managers and Key Account teams.
- Ability to work in Valparaíso, Santiago, or Viña del Mar, Chile.
