Location: Porto, Portugal — hybrid

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Manage product requirements and support project development using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Document complex business requirements clearly and unambiguously.
• Prepare reports, analyses, estimates, and business correspondence.
• Plan and coordinate work in a changing, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Support demanding deadlines and help address complex business and technical challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and estimation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage changing priorities, and perform under pressure.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Fully fluent English and availability to work in a hybrid setup in Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner qualification.
• Additional business knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of architecture, programming, networks, protocols, recovery methods, or system failure handling.
