TL;DR
Forward Deployed GTM Engineer (AI): Designing and deploying tailored GTM stacks, Attio configurations, data models, integrations, workflows, and SDK apps for high-value customers with an accent on API architecture, no-code automation, and customer-specific data infrastructure. Focus on building custom solutions, solving complex adoption and integration challenges, and translating customer insights into product improvements.
Location: Hybrid, based in a US hub office three days per week: San Francisco or New York
Salary: $130K–$170K per year, plus equity

What you will do
- Deploy into high-value customer accounts and architect GTM stacks built around .
- Design customer-specific configurations covering data architecture, integrations, and cross-team rollout.
- Lead time-boxed build projects delivering data models, integrations, sequences, workflows, and SDK apps.
- Build custom API integrations and no-code automations with n8n, Zapier, Make, and similar tools.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to manage accounts and identify adoption gaps.
- Bring customer insights to the Product team and improve scalable engagement models.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a developer, GTM engineer, or technical solutions professional.
- Hands-on experience with GTM tooling and an understanding of sales, customer success, and marketing operations.
- Ability to architect API integrations during customer meetings.
- Experience using AI coding platforms such as Claude Code or Cursor to build JavaScript and reusable internal tooling.
- Strong command of n8n, Zapier, Make, and comparable low-code or no-code integration tools.
- Understanding of ETL, reverse ETL, CDPs, Segment, RudderStack, and Polytomic.

- Early experimentation with emerging AI use cases and tools.
- Ability to quickly evaluate unfamiliar integration platforms.
