CRM Manager (Portuguese Market)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus — 100% on-site, office-based. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available. A relocation package includes flight tickets and two weeks of hotel accommodation.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle to improve retention, loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Execute personalized multichannel campaigns and customer journeys.
• Analyze customer data and behavior to create actionable audience segments, targeted offers, campaigns, and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align promotions and offers with business objectives.
• Track campaign KPIs and provide reports and insights on engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain compliance while applying relevant industry best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in CRM growth, retention, and player engagement across the Portuguese market.
• Professional experience in the iGaming industry, including knowledge of player lifecycles, bonus mechanics, and loyalty programs.
• Professional experience in CRM management with a results-driven approach.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and an analytical, technically minded approach to interpreting data.
• High-level English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
