Medical Scientific Liaison (Ophthalmology)

Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; travel between Malaysia and Singapore is required based on business needs.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Provide accurate scientific and medical information, respond to medical inquiries, and deliver educational presentations to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Implement and manage Early Access or Compassionate Use Programs with a focus on patient centricity.
• Support clinical research through input on protocols, study design, data analysis, investigator recruitment, and communication of study results.
• Contribute to medical affairs plans, publications, medical information strategies, product launches, and life-cycle management.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and other teams while representing hirify.global at scientific conferences and congresses.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant life sciences field, such as MD, PharmD, MPH, or PhD.
• More than two years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, clinical practice, or academia; ophthalmology experience is preferred.
• Strong scientific acumen and the ability to interpret complex clinical data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; ability to travel between Malaysia and Singapore based on business needs.
