Lending Application Processor (SBA Lending)

Location: Fully onsite in Liberty Lake, Washington

Salary: $24–$28 per hour, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

hirify.global provides consumer and business banking services, including lending products and SBA Express Unsecured Loans.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between relationship managers, business units, customers, and other bank departments during loan qualification and processing.
• Obtain and review information required for underwriting consumer and business lending products, including SBA Express Unsecured Loans.
• Set up, process, and monitor loan documents and files for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Follow up with relationship managers to obtain missing information and ensure accurate movement of loan requests through the process.
• Resolve customer issues involving bank products and services, and support account maintenance, advance requests, and digital loan applications.
• Answer internal questions about lending products, maintain regulatory knowledge, and potentially coach or train colleagues.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in banking or loan administration.
• Strong knowledge of banking and lending processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers and cross-functional groups.
• Advanced arithmetic skills and proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and related business software.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Liberty Lake, Washington. Occasional travel may be required.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
