What you will do

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Dagster and ClickHouse OLAP database.
• Transform raw user data into actionable insights for product and marketing teams.
• Establish data engineering best practices, documentation, and code review processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts and engineering teams to meet data needs.
• Build automated reporting and monitoring systems for real-time data visibility.

Requirements

• Relocation to Cyprus (Limassol) is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ClickHouse or similar OLAP databases.
• Experience with Dagster or similar orchestration frameworks and AWS S3 cloud storage.
• Ability to design data models, data quality frameworks, and monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a startup-like environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile app analytics and user behavior tracking.
• Familiarity with machine learning data pipelines and fraud detection techniques.
• Previous experience as a founding or early data team member in a high-growth company.
