What you will do
- Develop, test, deploy, and support business applications and automation solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and IT teams to understand processes, data flows, and operational needs.
- Design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions and integrate them with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, databases, and other business applications.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in development, testing, release management, and post-deployment support.
- Identify process-improvement and automation opportunities while staying current with Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, application development, or business process automation.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, or relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent Korean and business-level English communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Azure services.
- Knowledge of UX and user-centered design principles.
- Programming experience with Python, VBA, JavaScript, or other development languages.
- Understanding of ERP processes and enterprise business systems.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related industries, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
