Investor Services Representative - Entry Level (Alternative Investments)

Location: United States; hybrid in Kansas City, Missouri, with onsite work required 6 days per month; remote options in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Georgia. Regular hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST, with initial training from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.

What you will do

• Build and maintain client relationships as a primary contact for operational and investment inquiries.
• Answer inbound calls, resolve client issues, and provide support for alternative investment products.
• Research complex inquiries, make outbound calls, and communicate clear solutions.
• Review, prepare, and process transactions on investor accounts.
• Oversee service quality and operational performance while managing escalations.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams on service improvements, special projects, and client engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, professional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
• Familiarity with service delivery, transaction handling, and support processes; training is provided.
• Commitment to client service, continuous learning, and developing knowledge of financial services and investment products.
• Willingness to work onsite 6 days per month in the applicable United States location.
