Operations Securities Manager - Corporate Actions (m/f/x) (Fintech)

Location: Munich, Germany; work from centrally located Munich offices

What you will do

• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and securities transaction processes.
• Analyze corporate action events, identify patterns, correlate data, and investigate processing issues.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth corporate action processing.
• Help develop scalable operational processes and collaborate with internal teams during business growth.

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• Initial professional experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of securities trading, banking operations, financial operations, corporate actions, and related banking processes.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize urgent tasks and escalate critical issues under strict daily cut-offs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with external partners.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Prior middle- or back-office experience in a bank.
• Experience with WM-Daten and Clearstream Xact.
