What you will do
- Own game features from ideation through implementation and post-release optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Art during feature development.
- Manage game balancing, pacing, gameplay feel, quality, and innovation.
- Use data points and gameplay analysis to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to UI, UX, game logic, performance, and other areas of development.
- Benchmark mobile games and market trends to guide product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a game designer.
- Experience with mobile games, free-to-play, or RPG projects.
- Strong understanding of gameplay experience, casual games, and attention to detail.
- English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Creative, analytical, independent, and accountable approach to game development.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to give and receive feedback.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Unity.
- Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or similar visual collaboration tools.
