Resource Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid

Salary: $80,000–105,000 CAD per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

hirify.global is a creative studio producing content for audiences through collaboration between artists, clients, producers, and creative teams.

What you will do

• Maintain CETA, keeping bookings, costing, artist profiles, and absences accurate and up to date.
• Resource artists for projects and build effective creative teams with producers and creative leads.
• Resolve resourcing conflicts and accurately plan and cost artist time.
• Forecast studio hiring spend and track expected license usage.
• Manage holiday and time off in lieu for artist teams.
• Build the studio’s artist and production network while supporting effective project scheduling.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with artists, producers, and creative teams.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an Operations team and support production requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Toronto.
