Product Designer Senior (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide; flexible work from an office or remotely. Relocation support is available to hubs in Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, or Spain.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for card applications, onboarding, and verification flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to create seamless user journeys.
• Simplify eligibility, credit scoring, and KYC decisions into clear interfaces.
• Evolve the design language across onboarding and lending products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and improve conversion and trust.
• Analyze metrics and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or onboarding flows.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design for high-stakes or high-friction products.
• Experience designing for conversion, compliance, and data-driven systems.
• Ability to balance business goals with user experience.
• Strong systems thinking, empathy, and precision.
• B2 English required for communication with an international team.
