Location: Athens, Greece

Gross monthly compensation: €1,300–€1,700, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support the development and adaptation of English language teaching materials across print and digital formats.
• Develop ELT materials for multiple levels and components.
• Copyedit and proofread manuscripts, content, and supplementary materials.
• Maintain editorial consistency with house style and curriculum requirements.
• Coordinate with internal, design, and production teams to manage schedules, workflows, and deadlines.
• Manage complex localization projects for international markets and ensure pedagogical effectiveness.

Requirements

• Significant editorial experience in ELT or educational publishing, with more than five years of specialization in primary or secondary education.
• Degree in English, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Education, Publishing, or a related field.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• Knowledge of ELT methodology and educational content.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and editorial judgement skills.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate studies or a Master’s degree.
