Product Financial Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Location: Bratislava Business Centre, Slovakia; occasional travel required.

Salary: From €2,500 gross per month, with the possibility of a higher offer based on experience.

What you will do

• Develop product costs for new business and changes to existing business, covering materials, labor, equipment, cycle times, tooling, and capital requirements.
• Review bills of materials and manufacturing assumptions for reasonableness.
• Apply financial analysis to costing data and communicate cost information across the organization.
• Develop and refine benchmark cost models and set targets for purchased items.
• Support Purchasing negotiations, regional and corporate initiatives, and global costing procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements and collaborate with global teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry; automotive seating experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required; additional foreign-language skills are highly desirable.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Teamcenter applications, including JT.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
