SAP FSM Expert

Location: Zaventem and client offices in Belgium; mostly working at client offices

What you will do

• Lead SAP Field Service Management consulting projects across the full life cycle.
• Shape project strategies and business requirements during blueprint workshops.
• Configure and integrate SAP FSM solutions with client infrastructures.
• Provide post-go-live support and help clients optimize field service operations.
• Contribute to internal SAP FSM expertise, SAP collaboration, and presales activities.
• Mentor junior profiles and maintain high-quality client communication.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Experience with SAP logistics modules such as PM, CS, SD, MM, or S/4HANA Service.
• Professional proficiency in English and French is required.
• Consulting skills, business requirements gathering, customer orientation, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP IDoc, ABAP, ABAP Object-Oriented programming, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, SAP User-Exits, BAdI implementation, relational databases, and SQL.
• Solid general IT understanding.
