What you will do
- Support the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director with daily visual tasks and high-quality design output.
- Develop brand concepts and visuals that consistently follow client brand guidelines.
- Independently deliver design work within the social retainer scope.
- Track industry trends and new media best practices and apply them to daily design work.
- Develop campaign ideas and assist with presentation deck creation.
- Review and revise designs while addressing client and internal feedback constructively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, multimedia, art, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or 4A advertising firm.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and AI, with expertise in motion graphics production.
- Understanding of animation and video production.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work across different design styles and brand categories.
Nice to have
- Video editing, photography, or illustration skills.
