D365 BC Functional Lead (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Location: Based in Malta; candidates outside Malta must commute.

Salary: €60,000–€65,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead functional delivery across one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central areas, including Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, or HR.
• Direct end-to-end Business Central implementation projects from discovery and design through configuration, testing, training, cutover, reporting, and post-implementation support.
• Translate business priorities into practical and scalable functional solutions.
• Guide multidisciplinary consultancy teams and manage functional workstreams, resources, estimates, risks, and deliverables.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders, challenge requirements constructively, and align scope and priorities.

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience leading Business Central or comparable ERP workstreams or implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, including functional planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and delivery risk management.
• Must be based in Malta or able to commute to Malta.

• Microsoft certification.
