Senior Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid work with home office up to 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and deliver complex 2D animations and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
• Build and improve generative AI workflows for upscaling, generating, enhancing, and iterating motion and image assets.
• Create animated video banners for non-standard DOOH formats, including stadium LED boards, metro displays, and digital billboards.
• Lead video editing, color correction, and post-production for multi-channel campaigns.
• Create, optimize, and export lightweight motion graphics for apps and web platforms using Lottie/JSON workflows.
• Maintain motion guidelines, support visual identity development, and mentor design colleagues on technical and AI workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or visual design within an agency, technology company, or in-house creative team.
• Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects and a deep understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual pacing.
• Hands-on experience building and adjusting node-based generative AI workflows using tools such as Magnific, Freepik Spaces, ComfyUI, or similar editors.
• Strong interest in experimenting with and adopting AI-assisted creativity for motion and static assets.
• Strong proficiency in video editing and color grading tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid knowledge of static design, layouts, typography, and asset preparation using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience building, optimizing, and exporting Lottie/JSON animations for digital products and apps.
• Communicative to fluent written and spoken English for presenting ideas and collaborating internationally.
• A strong motion design reel or portfolio showing 2D animation, video editing, DOOH or digital creative work, and AI integration or advanced visual experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience or working knowledge of 3D design or animation with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D.
• Sound design skills, including audio editing, mixing, and sound-effects layering.
• Experience with global-scale DOOH campaigns or large event media.
