Account Manager (Integrated Communications)

What you will do

• Serve as the daily client contact, provide proactive counsel, and lead account activity.
• Develop stories, messages, media outreach plans, press briefings, and journalist relationships.
• Research, plan, and deliver integrated campaigns across earned media, creators, social, and owned channels.
• Manage account quality, deadlines, workloads, and operational performance.
• Produce press releases, social and owned content, articles, communications proposals, and key messages.
• Support new business pitches through research, ideas, presentations, workback plans, and coordination of junior team input.

Requirements

• Solid communications experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, accounts, deadlines, and competing workloads.
• Experience leading, managing, and coaching junior team members.
• Understanding of integrated communications across earned, owned, paid, and social media.
• Ability to collaborate across practices and teams on cross-business work.
• Interest in current affairs, news, international business, and media in all forms.
