Marketing Activations Intern (Gaming)

What you will do

• Support the Principal Activations Manager in coordinating in-game activations from concept through implementation.
• Contribute creative concepts for integrating IPs into games, including characters, cars, dialogue, content, and game modes.
• Collaborate with game, product, marketing, production, art, QA, and game economy teams to create engaging player experiences.
• Align social media, influencer campaigns, and other promotional initiatives with the in-game experience.
• Coordinate promotional assets such as trailers, web assets, screenshots, and store descriptions, ensuring partner approvals.
• Research potential IPs and collaboration opportunities using player insights, market trends, and audience fit.

Requirements

• Interest in gaming, entertainment, IP partnerships, and live operations.
• Ability to combine creativity, coordination, and analysis.
• Ability to track deliverables and communicate progress across multiple internal and external teams.
• Willingness to collaborate with IP rights holders, partners, Licensing, and Legal teams.
• Availability for a hybrid internship in Barcelona, Spain
