What you will do
- Lead and coordinate security personnel across the region.
- Develop and maintain physical, personnel, and information security frameworks.
- Manage security compliance, travel security, and risk management across multiple countries.
- Lead incident and crisis management activities in a complex security environment.
- Plan and deliver security training and exercises.
- Advise senior stakeholders and align security measures with business objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in security risk management or equivalent professional experience, including experience in government authorities.
- Several years of experience in protective security, preferably in an international context.
- Experience coordinating security across countries, functions, or organizational units.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, integrity, and judgement skills.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken, are required.
- Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship requirements may apply for security-cleared positions.

- Background in the defence industry, government authorities, or other complex, security-critical industries.
