What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design vision across visual design, interaction design, workflows, and platform evolution.
• Define and execute a design strategy linked to measurable business and product outcomes.
• Build, scale, and lead a global design organization through hiring, mentoring, and talent development.
• Evolve design systems and UX practices across a complex, technical, developer-facing product suite.
• Guide design for agentic and AI-driven features and represent design at the executive level.
• Partner with Product and Engineering and use customer and user insights to shape high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience in product design, UX, or a related field, including leading and scaling global teams.
• Demonstrated end-to-end product design leadership covering visual design, interaction design, workflows, product strategy, and platform evolution.
• Deep expertise in design systems and UX best practices for developer tools, API-based tools, or similarly complex products.
• Good understanding of the agentic domain and its impact on product and design decisions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, mentoring, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience engaging users and industry leaders and translating insights into actionable product solutions.
