Fullstack Engineer (Python + GSP)

Location: Bulgaria or Romania; work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.

What you will do

• Build scalable, high-performing LLM capabilities that integrate into business workflows.
• Develop tools and frameworks that enable teams to use LLM capabilities independently.
• Build high-quality platform capabilities and APIs using Python.
• Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, from conception through implementation.
• Apply infrastructure as code and MLOps practices to modern AI solutions.

Requirements

• Mid-senior level experience working across a modern web stack.
• Professional experience with Python and platform capability development.
• Solid experience with GSP and MLOps.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in software delivery.
• Must work from the European Union region and hold a valid work permit.
• Ability to collaborate throughout the full delivery lifecycle and continuously improve engineering practices.

Nice to have

• Experience applying GenAI within structured software development lifecycle workflows.
• Familiarity with agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development.
