Associate Data Quality Analyst (SQL)

Location: Yerevan, Armenia. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 5 PM–2 AM Armenia time.

Builds software supported by a data engineering and implementation process that transfers customer data from external systems into the hirify.global data model.

What you will do

• Manage data quality projects with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and clearly defined delivery updates.
• Evaluate unfamiliar database structures and translate source data into the target data model.
• Develop methods for transferring data from new source systems.
• Write queries to correct, reformat, and migrate data.
• Support existing automated imports and maintain a repository of reusable scripts.
• Coordinate with data engineers, implementation specialists, onboarders, and customers to deliver accurate transfers on time.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014, or 2016.
• Basic knowledge and practical experience with T-SQL, ETL operations, databases, and data models.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify database relationships and infer development intent from structures and values.
• Ability to work effectively in a team under tight deadlines and high expectations.
• Availability for the Monday–Friday, 5 PM–2 AM Armenia schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# or Java.
