Location: Vodnjan, Croatia; hybrid work model combining in-person collaboration with remote work.

What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Develop and implement sales and procurement strategies across traffic, destinations, products, and services.
- Own revenue and gross profit growth by identifying expansion opportunities and optimizing commercial performance.
- Monitor service usage, partner activities, traffic delivery, service quality, and agreed objectives.
- Prepare structured reports on activities, results, partner performance, progress, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to ensure service stability and implement partner-specific strategies.
Requirements
- Experience managing strategic or global client accounts with responsibility for revenue and commercial performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn growth opportunities into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple internal teams.
- Experience with regular reporting, performance tracking, and maintaining accurate client and partner records.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining products, services, and strategic plans.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
