What you will do
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL database platforms.
- Handle daily operations, service requests, incidents, troubleshooting, and problem resolution across database environments.
- Participate in database upgrades, migrations, patching, and implementation of new solutions.
- Contribute to automation, AI-driven operational enhancements, service improvements, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, storage, backup, network, project, service management, and customer account teams.
- Participate in a 24/7 service and support rotation.
Requirements
- Experience with database administration technologies and enterprise database environments.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows Server.
- Understanding of infrastructure, system management, and service operations.
- Fluent written and spoken Danish is required.
- Eligibility to obtain the required Danish security clearance and the required period of residence in Denmark are mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer-service, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Oracle Database Administration, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or RaptorDB experience.
- Database performance tuning and troubleshooting experience.
- Automation, scripting, ITIL-based service operations, or enterprise infrastructure experience.
