SOX Compliance Specialist

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid role)

Salary: £48,000 – £65,000 per year

What you will do

• Support process design work and prepare for close meetings with process owners and leadership.
• Perform internal, s302, and s404 management control testing.
• Document design and testing results in process maps, RACMs, and templates.
• Liaise with the ITGC SOX team to understand the full control landscape.
• Provide training and guidance on SOX requirements to control and process owners.
• Maintain internal design, testing, and remediation logs.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• 2-3 years of experience working on SOX programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as MS Visio or GRC tools.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Big 4 accounting firm experience.
• Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese.
