Global Quality Control & Assurance Manager (QAQC)

Location: 80% in the head office in Breda, Netherlands, with international travel

What you will do

• Evaluate existing QA/QC standards and processes and align them with hirify.global's way of working.
• Establish, communicate, and implement quality management processes for construction projects.
• Provide functional leadership to staff implementing quality processes on project sites.
• Audit adherence to QA/QC processes across sites worldwide.
• Review QA/QC documentation, support recruitment of project QA/QC staff, and contribute to project quality standards.
• Report quality-related KPIs and work with project directors and construction managers to improve quality culture.

Requirements

• Degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with construction projects.
• Strong background in quality management, preferably including setting up QA processes from scratch.
• Willingness to work 80% from the Breda head office and travel internationally.
• Proficient written and verbal English is required.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, self-management, and teamwork skills.
