What you will do
- Own product strategy and roadmaps for key areas of the merchant transaction platform.
- Lead the design and delivery of high-scale capabilities for order lifecycle management, merchant operations, dispute resolution, and transactional integrity.
- Break down complex multi-party workflows and deliver accurate, reliable, and resilient transaction-processing experiences.
- Develop automation, permissions, auditing, and risk-control capabilities to reduce merchant downtime and improve operational governance.
- Define success metrics, analyze platform and operational data, and use experimentation to prioritize improvements.
- Coordinate complex initiatives with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and commercial teams across the region.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience owning platform products such as transaction processing, payments, commerce platforms, order management, financial systems, or backend infrastructure.
- Strong technical and systems thinking, including the ability to understand complex architectures and make platform trade-offs.
- Experience taking complex platform capabilities from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience driving execution across cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, resolving ambiguity, and delivering measurable outcomes.
