Regional Asset Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for data processing, model training, and production deployment, with infrastructure spanning compute, storage, networking, and applied AI.

What you will do

• Maintain the inventory database for servers, storage systems, networking equipment, GPUs, transceivers, and other data center IT components.
• Audit physical and virtual assets to ensure inventory accuracy, policy compliance, and effective utilization.
• Manage the complete asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment through maintenance and disposal.
• Coordinate RMA processes for GPUs, motherboards, power supplies, and other data center components.
• Prepare reports on asset utilization, performance, and financial metrics, and recommend ways to reduce costs.
• Partner with IT departments, project managers, and stakeholders on asset allocation, process improvements, security, compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT equipment assets and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and asset management tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lists, and graphs.
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting for IT assets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and spoken fluency in English; readiness for business trips; authorization to work in Finland is required.
