Bilingual Software Quality Analyst

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid work with time in the Montreal office and remote work

Salary: $68,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess the quality of software builds, bug fixes, and interim releases.
• Execute functional, application, and regression tests for new functionality and software releases.
• Document defects clearly and communicate or escalate risks and issues.
• Work with internal teams to explain complex software issues and support high-quality product delivery.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of translations across multiple products.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English required to support customers in Quebec and outside Quebec.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with software testing preferred.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to the United States for additional company-paid training if offered.
