Global Mobility Expert

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid (remote/office)

What you will do

• Manage international assignments from initiation through extension, completion, shortening, or repatriation.
• Open and maintain assignment cases in mobility tools, including BTAT and related workflows.
• Coordinate visas, work permits, local registrations, A1 certificates, medical checks, contracts, and assignment documentation.
• Brief employees on assignment conditions, benefits, travel requirements, and local obligations while serving as a primary contact and escalation point.
• Coordinate payroll instructions, allowances, one-time payments, travel expenses, deadlines, records, and mobility reports.
• Manage external providers, policy exceptions, compliance issues, and process improvements in cooperation with Global Mobility teams and GT Hubs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in HR, payroll, mobility technologies, or related applications.
• Extensive experience in global mobility or delegation activities and intercultural environments.
• Experience working with external customers and in travel management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German and English; IT literacy with Outlook and Office 365.
