🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Generalist – Peru
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist – Peru to build and manage the local HR function as the company launches and scales its operations in Peru.
This is a hands-on HR role with ownership of the full employee lifecycle, including:
🔹 Recruitment & onboarding
🔹 Employee relations & offboarding
🔹 Employment contracts & HR documentation
🔹 Payroll coordination & benefits administration
🔹 HR policies & procedures
🔹 Employee records & HR administration
🔹 Performance & people initiatives
🔹 Compliance with Peruvian labor legislation
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Operations or similar roles
✅ Strong knowledge of Peruvian labor law and local employment practices
✅ Hands-on experience with recruitment, contracts, payroll coordination, benefits and employee relations
✅ Experience working with external payroll, legal, accounting or HR providers
✅ Experience setting up or supporting a new office/business is a strong plus
✅ Fluent Spanish & English
✅ Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership
Experience in FinTech, SaaS, Crypto, Gaming, Digital Products or another technology-driven environment is highly desirable
