TL;DR
Traffic Monetization Specialist (iGaming): Managing affiliate monetization and optimizing betting traffic funnels with an accent on commercial partnerships, tracking setups, offer selection, and conversion performance. Focus on configuring Keitaro postbacks, running A/B tests, resolving data discrepancies, and scaling high-performing traffic combinations.
Location: Remote or on-site in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan

What you will do
- Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliate networks, direct betting advertisers, and monetization platforms.
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Flat Fee commercial terms.
- Select and test offers, CTA placements, pre-landings, and creatives based on GEOs, content sections, and sports events.
- Configure and maintain tracking, traffic distribution rules, and postbacks in Keitaro or similar tools.
- Analyze EPC, FTD, LTV, ROI, funnel performance, and data discrepancies.
- Run A/B tests, scale high-performing combinations, and collaborate with Content, SEO, Product, and Analytics teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of traffic monetization or affiliate marketing experience in iGaming, sports betting, or digital media.
- Deep understanding of sports audiences, betting products, and commercial models.
- Hands-on experience with Keitaro or similar tracking tools, postbacks, SubIDs, and traffic distribution rules.
- Strong analytical skills focused on funnels, lander testing, EPC, CR, LTV, and ROI.
- English proficiency at B1–B2 level or higher.
- Strong self-management and a result-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Publisher-side experience monetizing organic SEO, news, or social traffic.
- Knowledge of local compliance regulations in key target GEOs.
- Proficiency in French.
