Focus on managing OTP/TSFP and SC patients, strengthening community nutrition capacity, tracking nutrition commodities, and producing health information reports.

What you will do
- Implement nutrition screening, acute malnutrition treatment, micronutrient supplementation, and MIYCN services at health facilities and in the community.
- Manage under-fives, pregnant and lactating women, and infants under six months through OTP, TSFP, SC, MAMI, and IMAM protocols.
- Conduct nutrition assessments, counselling, health education, ward rounds, and follow-up across MCH, OPD, medical, NCD, and special clinics.
- Strengthen nutrition surveillance, support CHWs and facility staff through on-the-job training, and participate in data review meetings.
- Track nutrition supplies, reconcile daily usage, and coordinate commodity orders with pharmacy and facility leadership.
- Compile weekly nutrition reports and monthly Ministry of Health summaries for KHIS/LMIS entry.
Requirements
- Diploma in Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognized institution.
- Registration with KNDI.
- At least three years of experience implementing emergency community nutrition within an INGO.
- Experience with MIYCN, Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition, High Impact Nutrition Interventions, IMAM Surge approaches, and nutrition surveys or assessments.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, planning, implementation, reporting, and computer skills, including Health Information Systems.
- Ability to work in hardship areas; previous camp experience is an advantage.

- Experience working in a camp setting.
- Somali language skills.
