What you will do

  • Analyze and validate cash and securities transfers from a compliance and AML perspective.
  • Review digital asset deposits and withdrawals for AML/CTF compliance.
  • Investigate high-risk transaction alerts, clarify activity with clients, and prepare documentation memos.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence and analyze transactional behavior.
  • Identify and escalate suspicious activities and sanctions-related exposure.
  • Assess digital asset-related sources of funds and wealth and participate in regulatory projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss banking and financial law, especially anti-money-laundering regulations.
  • Excellent command of English and French required.
  • Law or economics degree is an asset.
  • Analytical, methodical, proactive, and able to prioritize under high workloads.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills in a multicultural, technological, and international environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of crypto and digital assets.
  • German language skills.
