Focus on shaping global Search strategy, building AI-driven automation, diagnosing auction and tracking issues, and coordinating launches and experimentation across regions.
Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration at the Sydney campus

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of multi-market Search accounts across SEM, PMax/Shopping, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and ChatGPT Ads.
- Manage campaign performance, structure, incrementality-informed budgets, account hygiene, measurement, and reporting.
- Lead Search strategy for assigned markets and strategic focus areas while educating regional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain AI-assisted automation and process improvements for reporting, analysis, testing, and repetitive workflows.
- Support new market launches, platform changes, AI Max testing, bidding algorithm updates, and experimentation plans.
- Partner with measurement/data and AdTech teams to identify tracking or signal issues and communicate solutions.
Requirements
- Experience running Search and Shopping accounts at genuine multi-market scale with meaningful budgets.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and a bid management platform such as SA360 or an equivalent.
- Strong understanding of platform mechanics, auction dynamics, bidding algorithms, measurement, and performance analysis.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple markets, translate technical Search concepts for regional stakeholders, and build relationships without formal authority.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate reporting, analysis, testing, and workflow automation.
- Ability to work from Sydney, Australia in a hybrid arrangement and collaborate across time zones, including some evening calls for EMEA.
