What you will do

• Scale the core exchange platform to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second.
• Enhance the intelligence of optimization and cut feedback time for business intelligence.
• Implement aggressive automation strategies.
• Evaluate, select, and optimize ad-serving based on advanced statistics and machine learning.
• Develop solutions that return responses collected from dozens of parties in milliseconds.

Requirements

• Independence and strong ownership of business problems and their technical solutions.
• Mastery of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
• Experience with open-source projects and tools (e.g., apache projects, maven, Spring).
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Expert knowledge of the Java language, platform, ecosystem, and underlying concepts.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (or professional experience).
