Location: On-site in Penang, Malaysia
Company
's PG18 Technical Training group develops technical training solutions for manufacturing and process engineering employees supporting new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing.
What you will do
- Plan, schedule, and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing operations and equipment.
- Develop and maintain technical documents, equipment specifications, manuals, schematics, BOMs, and other training materials.
- Coordinate class logistics, administrative activities, and training arrangements.
- Assess role-specific and factory-wide training needs and create appropriate training plans.
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to align training with manufacturing objectives and support NPI and HVM requirements.
- Track training records and completion status, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in equipment and operations training and manufacturing processes.
- Experience developing technical documents, equipment and operations specifications, manuals, schematics, and design materials for training.
- Experience coordinating logistics and tracking training records in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

- Experience delivering engaging and effective training sessions.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and technical equipment.
- Experience evaluating and improving training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
