Focus on analyzing operational data, developing performance-gap solutions, supporting product and service rollouts, and executing field-based initiatives in Perth.
Location: Perth, Western Australia; onsite five days a week. Applicants from across Australia may be considered, and relocation to Perth is available.

What you will do
- Lead initiatives that improve dealer capabilities, capacity, profitability, safety, and effectiveness.
- Support service operations programs, including Services Commitment, warranty policy, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with dealers, customers, and internal personnel to analyze challenges and develop solutions.
- Assist with dealer business planning and recommend improvements to facilities, tooling, and systems.
- Support the rollout of new products, parts, customer service agreements, and other service solutions.
- Build dealer relationships, identify opportunities through data, and implement Product Support Operations strategies.
Requirements
- Customer focus, service excellence, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Project management, consulting, change management, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret data and use it to drive operational improvements.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with dealers and customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and work in a field-oriented, dealer-facing role.
- Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
