Technical Support Engineer (Electronics)

What you will do

• Develop and support hardware- and software-based solutions through the engineering development process.
• Build engineering, marketing, supplier, sales, and customer relationships to support product growth.
• Create demand for assigned products by coordinating seminars, training, and product-resource awareness.
• Analyze supplier-program results, market conditions, competitor activity, customer needs, and inventory strategies.
• Drive product-family sales and marketing programs with local sales teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Identify roadblocks for Product Business Groups and recommend improvements to support growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically less than 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices, and standards.
• Ability to develop solutions for defined tasks and projects using established approaches.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and collaborate with management and department colleagues.
