Focus on collecting data from internal and external sources, preparing reports, supporting analytics teams, and translating complex data into business decisions.
Location: Kosice, Slovakia; full-time, onsite role.
Salary: €3,000+ gross per month. Base minimum pay: €32,976 per year. Additional performance-related annual cash incentive.

What you will do
- Help build products that create a unified view of customer engagement across purchases, rentals, subscriptions, services, and aftermarket parts.
- Analyze business data to identify customer behavior and buying patterns.
- Assist with the development, testing, and delivery of analytics services and products.
- Collect and obtain data from internal and external sources, prepare reports, and fulfill data requests.
- Support multi-person analytics teams, iterate on ideas, and debug issues.
- Provide technical assistance to senior analysts and help business partners make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of business data analysis and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of requirements analysis tools, methods, and techniques.
- Ability to communicate with different levels of the business and simplify complex data.
- Ability to establish, modify, and maintain business data structures using multiple data sources.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
- Good statistical analysis skills.
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
