Location: Lafayette, Louisiana; overseeing centers across Louisiana and Mississippi. Candidates should live in the region or be willing to relocate.
Salary: $335,000–$398,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do
- Lead clinical strategy, quality improvement, and value-based care initiatives across multiple primary care centers.
- Oversee Associate Medical Directors, Physician Leads, clinicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Develop clinical policies, monitor regulatory adherence, and improve patient experience, quality outcomes, and avoidable utilization.
- Use clinical dashboards, chart reviews, performance data, coaching, and root cause analysis to improve clinician and care-team performance.
- Collaborate with Market Presidents, operational leaders, specialty providers, health plans, community partners, and shared services on strategy, staffing, budgeting, and performance.
- Support high-risk patient management, transitions of care, utilization review, disease management, MRA, Stars, HEDIS, and social determinants of health initiatives.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
- 10+ years of clinical experience and 8+ years of management experience.
- Active or current board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine; Internal Medicine is preferred.
- Active licensure in the applicable state of jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, best-practice coding, documentation, and value-based care.
- Must complete tuberculosis screening and comply with 's flu vaccine policy.
