is hiring for a software engineering role focused on developing and maintaining business applications.
What you will do
- Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for end-user applications across local, networked, and internet-based platforms.
- Analyze architecture and define coding, programming, and integration activities for assigned application portions or subsystems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues identified during testing or reported by users.
- Write and execute testing plans, protocols, and documentation to ensure application quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, quality assurance teams, management, and development partners to deliver new functionality.
- Lead project teams and represent software applications engineering in larger and more complex development projects.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 4–7 years of experience in applications engineering, programming, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
- Experience with software development, software engineering, full-stack development, APIs, automation, and Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, React, Angular, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
