Professional Education Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. Onsite role with travel within and outside Chile of up to 25%.

What you will do

• Develop and implement professional education plans across franchise specialties and platforms.
• Deliver theoretical and practical product education and clinical support to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing, EdTech, other departments, and centers of excellence on education strategies and product launches.
• Build learning experiences for program participants and faculty and manage relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Plan, monitor, and report on the professional education budget and analyze financial and non-financial program data.
• Manage training environments, including Innovation Rooms and Simulation Centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, economic sciences, administration, or a health-related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in training or commercial representation in MedTech.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for activities involving specialized clinical audiences.
• Comfort engaging with healthcare professionals in clinical settings, including operating rooms and training laboratories.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Availability to travel within and outside the country for up to 25% of the time.
